Return and Refund Policy

Our return policy:

• Terms of return: 48 hours of receiving your order.
• State of return: Please return in original package.
• Reason for return: Please provide your reason for the return. Items must be unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging. We only accept returns if item is damaged during shipping, the wrong item was received, or has a manufacturer defect.
• Process for return : Please contact DeAnnJaekel@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• Process of refund : Once your returned item is received, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. A new item can be shipped out to you at no cost once the original has been received by us.
